First, you need to login to the Paymanager portal. Once you’ve logged in, you can navigate the homepage to the Employee Corner. From here, you can download the PDF version of your pay slip.

You can also log in to the Paymanagerpri portal, which was designed by the government of Rajasthan for its PanchayatiRaj employees. This system allows you to login to your department, sub-doers, and DDOs.

Checking salary bill status

If you are wondering about the status of your salary bill, you can access the PayManager portal. You can also view the current salary bill status in the DDO/Employee link in your employee dashboard page.

There are some steps that you need to follow to check the salary bill status in PayManager. Keep reading to find out how to do so. Here are a few examples. If you are not sure which method to use, follow these steps.

Login to the DDO portal and visit the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) dashboard. Login with your user id and password and you will see your DDO dashboard. Make sure that the status of the employee is correct, as an incorrect one can lead to odd complications.

Fortunately, PayManager offers a page that allows you to change the status of your employees. Click the update employee status link and you’ll have your employees’ latest salary information at your fingertips.

Making partial salary deductions

When you are paying a partial salary, you must be sure to enter the information correctly in the bill. You can do this by going to the Bill Processing option of Salary Preparation > Employee Salary.

Then, you will be able to create an invoice for the employee to pay half of their salary. Adding partial salary deductions is easy and convenient. However, it is important to remember that the bill will be invalid if you don’t fill in all the Employee Data columns.

Master data request

When it comes to updating your employee details, it is important to be able to find the Master Data Request option. The Master Data Request section of the pay manager will let you see information like a person’s pay date, bank account details, and government scheme data.

In addition, you can also update your employee’s personal details. To use the Master Data Request, simply log in to the pay manager and choose the ‘Personal details’ tab.

After logging in, you will see a page with the employee’s dashboard. Click the ‘Employee status request’ link in the sub-menu. Select the information and upload supporting documents if necessary.

A few minutes later, the master data request will be approved or rejected. Once approved, the employee will be able to log in and access their account. After completing the request, you will see that their details have been updated.
